A fraction line plot displays fractional data by placing marks above a number line scaled in fractional units (halves, quarters, eighths, etc.).

Like a regular line plot, but the number line uses fractions instead of whole numbers โ€” each mark shows a measurement like 34\frac{3}{4} inch.
