SenseOfStudy ("the Service") is operated by 1001513733 Ontario Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using senseofstudy.com, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Child profiles are managed by a parent or legal guardian who holds the account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
SenseOfStudy offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the stated price and interval.
Charges will appear as SENSEOFSTUDY on your bank or credit card statement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission
- Share your account credentials with others
4. Intellectual Property
All content on SenseOfStudy โ including concept explanations, guides, illustrations, and software โ is owned by 1001513733 Ontario Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SenseOfStudy is an educational tool and does not replace professional tutoring, school instruction, or individualized educational assessment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1001513733 Ontario Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
